Closing, as new mito version is incompatible with our infrastructure without rebuilding from source

TODO: FInd a way to schedule this image to be rebuilt regularly to keep mitomap up to date

  • Updates the version of Mitoreport to 1.2.3.
  • Removes the call to download the latest mito map annotations file.
  • Builds the mitoreport jar from the cloned source repo rather than downloading the precompiled jar, allowing us to modifying the source code before building
    • Uses sed to disable the file protocol check, which interferes with reports being viewed via the cloud storage buckets

The annotations file is now handled by the mito analysis pipeline.
